Reservations require payment of 50% of total booking fees . Balance of payment must be processed and received 7 days prior to arrival. You may wish to pay in full at this time to avoid problems regarding receipt of payment.  Payments are not accepted over the phone or by personal cheque. We accept Master Card/Visa through the PayPal process. Please ensure that your payment has been arranged to be made in full prior to leaving for your vacation. If you have made payment through the PayPal process the balance of your payment will be automatically processed 7 days prior to your arrival date unless we are notified not to do so in writing. Cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival is 50% of the total booking fee. 100 percent of the booking fee is charged if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Please note that all fees are quoted and paid in US dollars.

Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers

The owners, management or condominium corporation will not be held liable for any injuries that occur on the premises. The renter and guests will hold the owners, management and condominium corporation harmless from all claims arising from the rental apartment or its surroundings. The renter is required to maintain the apartment in the same condition the apartment was at the time the rental began. Any damages caused except normal wear and tear will be charged against the renter after being provided notice within 5 days of vacating the premises of the damages.

The rental apartment relies on the utility services provided by the local government and condominium corporation. The owners, management and condominium corporation will not be liable for any inconveniences caused by such shortage or outage of utilities provided by the local government including weather related claims made by the renter.
